Join urban homesteading experts and Forager chefs for a bread making class that will warm your heart, mind and stomach.  Local bread maker Jessica Dorschner will walk us through the science of sourdough and talk everything from rye flour to ancient einkorn. And then Forager Chef David Bredesen will share all the inventive bread-inspired dishes he has in his cheffy arsenal. You'll leave with all the know-how and recipes you can handle and maybe even a pet sourdough culture.
